Last month i did my annual medical check-up just for the purpose to get a tax rebate...hehehe...
shockingly my cholesterol level is high... the reading is 5.0...normal is 4.0..
panicky i became...then i started to motivate myself for My Oat Challenge...
it will go for 3 months ...and i will do blood test again to see if this challenge works.....
i don't like oat actually, and that's why my previous oat challenge (which was about 3 years ago failed...) which i end up throwing the expired oat into the bin...
but now i have found a new kind of way of cooking the oat...that makes me want to eat more oats...hehehe
and it goes like this
boiled minced meat/chicken in water together with 'rempah sup' or 'rempah kurma' or 'rempah kari' to make it tastier...
add mixed veggie or diced tomatoes or any veggie that u like...
a little olive oil...
Chilly paddy <-- dunno if i spelled it correctly .... to make it HOOOTT...
dices shallot & garlic ..
salt and pepper
and lastly add THE OAT....
u can also add a zest of lemon or lime for better taste....
TARAAAAA..!!!
it doesn't look sooo tempting right..? but i like it..ahakk ahakk..
