Yeah i know i'm not pretty....
Even though it has been a while that i didn't have a full blown of panic attack (Alhamdulillah), sometimes ...well most of the time to be exact, i still traumatizing of having it. Especially during times that i know there's nowhere for me to escape from people seeing me panic attacking...such as during a boat ride...
On the third day of my trip to KK...
We did Island Hopping to Pulau Manukan and Pulau Mamutik....
Maybe with the help of Lexapro i felt less anxious....
But still, in the middle of the journey i felt i'm on the bridge of having an episode and quickly i did the relaxation technique ..deep breathing....
Alhamdulillah, everything went well...my trip to KK was a blast...!!!!
