Ni gambar yg paling saya suka sekali sepanjang bercuti di Cameron...

Terserlah kegelojohanku memborong teh ..berlatar belakangkan kotak2 teh yang berwarna warni ...

Azra pulak macam memberi semangat padaku 'Beli lagi Aunty Zy...Ni sedap ni aunty Zy...' dan saya pun terpengaruh....sampai 4 kotak teh saya borong

Nampak cool je kan muka saya....tapi sebenar-benarnye baru lepas menghapuskan perasaan penyakit risau kronik yg saya hidapi....macamana risau tu boleh hilang ? mungkin sbb terbau bau busuk taik kucing yg Dee pijak tu kot huhuhu....kalo nak tau sebelum kami memulakan perjalanan mendaki ke kedai teh ni...saya dah gayat + cuak + takut giler.....huhuh

A visit to Cameron Highland

its a nice trip with my close friends together with baby Azra (Ijan's daughter)....

we stay at Puncak Arabella in a cozy 3 rooms apartment

we went to Boh tea plantation, butterfly farm, cactus cottage, Rajoo strawberry farm, Kea Farm and Bharat tea plantation.

i like the strawberry waffle at Rajoo Strawberry farm very much....so yummy....

We ate and cooked a lot of vegetables during our stay because of the cheap price...Rm 10 for 10 packets of veggies that we bought from the same stall for our 3 days in a row until the girl recognised my face as 'kakak cantik'....:P

We ate a lot of Jagung too..

we stucked in 2 hour jam for a 2 km journey from Kea farm to Pasar Malam Brinchang on Saturday night and 1.5 hour from Tanah Rata to Kea Farm on Sunday Morning

Teput wanted to eat durian musang king so much that we bought 2 of them for RM88 (RM22/kg)..the verdict: yummy but a little bitter, the seeds was so small..only by eating 2 piece of it makes me full and bloated..

Shared my 2nd day lunch with Dee @ Al-Ghazali.... i like...

Shared umbrella with Dee to buy Cendawan and sayur goreng @ pasar malam during heavy pouring rain... wet..wet...wet...

In average the weather @ Cameron during our stay was 19 degree Celcius

Took 2 paracetemol for my headache that might be caused by my anxiety...

For the 1st time in my life i rode a car from Cameron to Tapah....Goshhhh.... what a terrible experience....

Almost had a full blown panic attack on the way back near Ulu Bernam-> Bukit Beruntung exit... in Teput & husband' Kia Sorento...actually during that time i felt tired and tried to sleep...but failed because my mind started to think nonsense (which remind me of my previous panic attack in a car trip), the silentness and boringness situation increased my brain activity...luckily i manage to calm down on my own without Xanax by positive thinking (i told my self i am almost at home)...if you want to know , during that episode i felt like wanting to ask the driver to pullover and jumpout from the car because i felt sooo claustrophobic...

Went to eat Mee Gulam before Teput send me home...

Its an enjoyable trip...but somehow i felt numb at times trying to fight my anxieties

Relapse

i think i'm having a relapse....

have had expected this...bcoz supposedly i need to take lexapro for 12 months but i only took it for a month (nov-dec 2009)...

now my anxiety have sky rocketed...my depression have kicked in....my emotion went roller coaster...

the main culprit is the krabi trip.. nervous already breakdown...fear of flying...fear of going out from my comfort zone.....aaarrrggghhhh.....need to make appointment with doc right away...

Shogun @ sunway pyramid

5th june 2010... a week after my birthday...after we watched Lagenda Budak Setan @ TGV ...my friend Ruby have kindly gave me a belated birthday treat @ shogun....buffet style japanese, asian & western fusion food....the price was RM69 /pax (on weekends)...

at 2:00 pm....we started slowly and steadily tried our best to achieve our target to taste at least 90 % of the food offered... i started from the food area located in front of dim sum, tempura and teppanyaki station which offered authentic food fusion that i've never tasted before anywhere else .... spinach & cheese spring roll, potato & smoked salmon, baby kuritas, cod fish in different cooking style, creamy chicken, seafood kebabs, yummy long beans, some seafood creamy pastas, fresh fruit juice ..and a very2 soft & tender lamb shank... my stomach already felt full by eating the food we've took on the first & second round...

After that...i went to the sushi & Japanese section.. i only manage to eat only 3-4 Japanese dishes...i liked mochi the most...however the sad part was i'm only able to eat only 1 mochi because my stomach already full by that time...

Me and Ruby tried to make way some room in our stomach for fresh oysters (which is Ruby's fav food) by chit chatting for about 10 minutes before continuing our food journey...Oysters was not really my fav one...but when i saw the way Ruby ate it and as i follow what she tought me how and where's the b est part to enjoy oysters...voila ..! i became oysters lovers too...our last dishes was teppanyaki....so far the nicest teppanyaki i've ever tasted......however we didn't finished it...there's no room anymore :( :(

We finished eating on 4 pm as i need to rushed for another appoinment with Ida to help her on her wedding preparation...from my calculation we've only had tasted abt 50 % from the food offered ...and i have missed shogun's tempura, dim sum & dumplings...

Aku yang Suke Gelak Sorang-sorang

Dah sebulan tak menconteng kat blog ni....
Sebuk dengan segala macam hal....
Tolong-tolong kawan sebab dia nak kawin (dah selamat pon )
Tolong-tolong settlekan hal nak pegi cuti-cuti bulan 7 ni (3 tempat sekaligus...!!)
Tolong-tolong kemaskan rumah...beli tu beli ni....shopping2 sikit sebab adik tunang (sama hari ngan kawanku nikah plak tu...huhuhuh)
Tolong-tolong memperabiskan makanan kat kenduri kawin (almaklum la sekarang ni musim cuti sekolah)

Sambil-sambil menconteng ni dok senyum-senyum sorang kat depan pc ni...
ok lagi tu senyum-senyum....
kalau gelak sorang-sorang camana tu?

Orang selalu samakan orang yg suka gelak sorang-sorang tu org gila.... ye ke ?
Tapi memang saya ni suka gelak sorang-sorang....tapi bersebab la....sebabnya ada la bende yang mencuit hatiku....
Selalunya saya akan gelak sorang-sorang kat depan pc kat ofis ni....
Bukan tetiba je gelak tau....tapi sebab melayan forum dalam email bersama-sama rakan-rakan sekerja....hairil, diah, zul dll ...yg suka buat lawak nak menghilangkan stress keje....hehhee.....kadang-kadang ade gak terlepas HAHAHAHHA yg sungguh kuat dtg dari mejaku....yang tak boleh nak cover-cover lagi...especially lawak si zul yg suka main taram lenggok bahasanya (tak apa la ...org veteran...boleh dimaafkan)

Bukan kat ofis saje saya suka gelak sorang-sorang.....
Aritu kat dalam gym pon saya gelak sorang-sorang....
Sambil layan cycling...layan jugak 2 and the half men kat tv dalam gym....
tapi takpe...saya tengok bukan saya je yg gelak sorang-sorang kat dalam gym tu.....
ramai lagi yang gelak sorang-sorang....
